Best Torment Farming Routes: U4GM on Diablo 4

Season 14 feels more practical than flashy. You can chase perfect rolls forever, sure, but efficient runs still win. A few well-chosen Diablo 4 Items can change a shaky build faster than copying somebody's absurd Pit showcase.

What Actually Changed

Patch 3.1.1 made repeat farming less punishing. Deathtoll Chambers offer better key value, Pandemonium Fragments show up more often, and Mythic upgrades cost four fragments now. That's a real difference when your stash is full of "nearly useful" Uniques.

The class race has tightened up too. Druid, Rogue, and Barbarian still look great when fully built, but Necromancer and Paladin feel far less painful during ordinary farming. That matters more than one lucky boss kill.

Picking a Class Without Regretting It

The Meta: Druid, Rogue, and Barbarian bring the widest high-Torment options.

The Snag: Rogue mistakes and Druid defence gaps get expensive fast.

The Fix: Choose the class whose core loop still feels good after twenty runs.

Reality check: the "best" build looks pretty average when it needs three Mythics, perfect tempers, and a calm boss arena.

Blood Moon Breeches Are Worth Targeting

For Necromancers, Blood Moon Breeches remain a proper build piece, not just another orange drop. Astaroth is the focused farm through Nightmare Escalations. Run the highest Torment where the three dungeons and boss stay smooth, then repeat it.

The buzz on Discord: people are happy Astaroth farming feels direct again, though bad escalation affixes can still turn a quick pants hunt into a miserable slog.

Difficulty Is a Farming Decision

Skip this: Don't force Torment XII if Elites burn every cooldown and Astaroth turns into a five-minute jog around the arena.

Keep the Runs Moving

Torment I through IV is where a build becomes complete. Torment V through VIII rewards clean farming, while IX through XII expose every weak stat. If a lower tier gives faster clears, more keys, and better D4 items for sale options, that's the sensible play.
